SOUTHEAST REGIONThe South Florida Chapter of NOBLE is part of Region III, which includes the states of Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Our membership is comprised of law enforcement officials who are committed to improving law enforcement services within our communities. The South Florida Chapter is comprised of three sectors. Each sector has a Vice President that is appointed by the President. Sector 1 members are from Miami-Dade & Monroe Counties, Sector 2 members are from Broward and Collier Counties, and Sector 3 members are from Palm Beach, Martin & St. Lucie Counties. Our mission is to ensure equity in the administration of justice in the provision of public service to all communities and to serve as the conscience of law enforcement by being committed to "justice by action". The goal of NOBLE is to be recognized as a highly competent, public service organization that is at the forefront of providing solutions to law enforcement issues and concerns, as well as to the ever-changing needs of our communities and members. Congratulations The South Florida chapter is pleased to announce the promotion of Captain Kevin Granville. Kevin Granville serves as the sector Vice President for the Broward sector, during his tenure as sector vice president, he spearheaded the chapter’s golf tournament; this annual event is the primary source of funding for our scholarship program. Captain Granville is a 20 year veteran of the Broward County Sheriff's Office, his current assignment is the Area 2 Captain in the city of Pompano Beach. Captain Granville holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Bethune-Cookman University and is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute Administrative Officers Course.
